Organic Civet Coffee collected on the Leo Le Organic Coffee Plantation is different to other Civet Coffee. Unfortunately much Civet Coffee today is from farmed Civet, where rows of Civet are forced to eat coffee beans and live in tiny enclosures.
All Civets on the Leo Le Organic Coffee Plantation are wild therefore the coffee can be considered free-range. They are able to live in their normal environment and act in a natural way. The advantage of this is that the animal always eats only the most ripe best quality fruit, therefore resulting in a higher grade coffee than supplied by our competitors.
